Online Trace Nitrogen in Argon / Helium / Crude Argon


The LD8000 is the new standard for trace Nitrogen. Its unique design brings reliability and accuracy needed for such measurement. Advanced Plasma emissions detection (PED) design based on Duty Cycle Controlled system for measurement of nitrogen impurity in argon or helium gas on a continuous basis. Rack mount configuration.

 

Measurement of Nitrogen in a mixture of Argon & Oxygen (Crude Argon)

 

For Crude Argon analysis, the LD8000 can now measure trace nitrogen in a mixture of argon and oxygen. The use of gas chromatograph is then avoided and response time is faster by having reading almost instantly. A few ppm up to % N2 can be measured with this unique device developed by LDetek. Now all CLAR (Crude Liquid Argon) producers and users have the right tool to monitor the level of this critical component.

The need of having an online instrument with a few second response time has been desired for a long time. The LD8000 with Crude Argon can now achieve this task and give a better process control for any plant or application that needs to measure N2 in the Crude Argon having up to 5% oxygen.
